All the life insurance content, life insurance quoting engine, life insurance application process and any services provided by Insurapply, LLC and any of its related entities (“Insurapply”) are subject to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). The Terms of this document describe the rules, policies, and procedures for using the Site (including all subsidiary webpages and any future iteration of the (Site) and are legally binding between you, the person using this Site, and Insurapply. Terms such as “we,” “our” and “us” refer to Insurapply.

Insurapply works with numerous life insurance companies. Each company is different and has a separate agreement with Insurapply. Underwriting qualifications vary with each individual carrier. insurapply.com has no control over underwriting decisions, rates, and does not guarantee coverage.
Insurapply does not charge the end user a fee for any of the services provided.
Insurapply is compensated directly by the life insurance carriers. Each carrier has a different compensation schedule depending on the product and contract.
The life insurance quotes generated on this site are an estimate of premium cost. These numbers do not constitute an offer for life insurance coverage, and this is not a binding contract between the insurance company and the individual. The offer will become binding once the insured completes the underwriting process, an official offer has been issued by the insurance company, the offer has been accepted by the owner of the policy, and the first initial premium has been paid.
Texas Law, and Disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You agree that the only proper jurisdiction and venue for any dispute with Insurapply relating to your use of this Site, is in a state or federal court in Dallas County, Texas, U.S.A. You agree to inform us in writing and to give 30 days’ notice to remedy any alleged harm before initiating any legal action. You must initiate any cause of action within one year after the claim has arisen, or you will be barred from pursuing any cause of action.
Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Insurapply and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents as well as any third-party providers of Site Content (“Site-Related Parties”) from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your use or misuse of the Site Content or Site.
